Charles Paolino, D.O.

INTERNAL MEDICINE

Dr. Charles Paolino is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He attended Nova Southeastern Medical School and completed his residency at Saint Vincent's Medical Center of New York City. He has been in practice for over 23 years.

Prior to joining Flatiron Family Medical, he was a managing partner at West Side Medical Group in NYC since 2000. He was a physician consultant for the New York Rangers hockey team of the NHL from 2001-2003. He also served as a physician at Princeton Longevity Center where he guided patients through a full day of preventative exams and advanced cardiac testing with the goal of increasing a person's health span. 

He has been an assistant professor at New York Medical College from 2000-2010, a staff physician at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center from 2000-2010, and a voluntary attending physician at NYU Langone Medical Center from 2006-2023.

Dr. Paolino is well trained and has a special interest in treating all issues related to mens’ and womens’ health with a focus on maintaining vitality through aging as well as promoting both longevity and robust health, both physically and mentally.

He has extensive experience in cardiac health with a focus on treating and the prevention of heart disease. He has been at the front lines of HIV management for decades and is highly experienced in HIV prevention through the use of PREP medication.

He also has an interest in cognitive decline prevention and he is certified in the Dale Bredesen RECODE protocol - a comprehensive and personalized multi-therapeutic program for reversing symptoms of cognitive decline and optimizing brain health.
