The amount you will owe depends on your specific plan and the services you receive.

Paying in-office? We accept major credit cards, debit cards and checks.

Insurance is confusing. We’re here to help. Here’s a few answers to the most commonly asked questions -
if you don’t see your answer below, feel free to reach out to us directly at 212-343-2222.

I have insurance. Do I still need to pay the annual membership fee?

Yes. Your insurance applies to office visits, lab tests, and other in-office services. The membership fee enables us to provide you with services beyond what insurance covers like 24/7 virtual care, on-demand treatment on our mobile app, mobile prescription renewals, and direct email access to your provider. To learn more about membership, call us at 212-343-2222.

How much will a visit cost?

Your patient responsibility depends on your insurance coverage and the services you receive. If you have more specific questions about your coverage, contact your insurance company directly.

Do you accept Medicare?

We do. Flatiron Family Medical is in-network with Medicare. If you’re a Medicare patient, call 212-343-2222 to learn more about how we work with Medicare.

What if I don't have health insurance?

You can still see a Flatiron Family Medical provider without breaking the bank. Whether you need a physical, a vaccination, or want to address specific health concerns, we make it affordable. For more information on pricing for services at Flatiron Family Medical,  call us at 212-343-2222.
